Extraordinary Ice Sculptures

When Rick Madrigal started with the Amarillo Club in May of 1974 as a bus boy, no one could imagine that he would go on to be the Club’s executive chef and later, the general manager. Madrigal has worn many hats through the years, one of which is that of an artist – in ice, that is.
Whether you are celebrating a wedding reception, a high school graduation, or a family celebration, celebrate your event at the Amarillo Club and top of the decorations with an eloquently sculptured work of art in ice. From a single block crystal cut ice carving to an elegant multi-block ice “dream,” Madrigal has done it all:
The ice may melt, but the memory will last a lifetime.
