Junior – Application
Owned by the individual, no vote

| Membership fee | $375 |
| Payable in the month the member reaches age 35, at which time the membership is converted to a full Resident membership or forfeited. | |

| Non-transferrable while classified as a Junior. | |
Firm – Application
Owned by the Company with one individual named as the representative (or member), one vote.

| Payable with the application. The membership fee is refundable to the firm, if and when the membership is resigned and reissued. | |
